Exolab is a division under the Intercosmetic Group that focuses on perfumery products, and it is now in the midst of an exciting period of growth! In this new phase, we are developing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies to expand our existing market and to enter new markets. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join our team in the rapidly growing industry of perfumeries. <\/p>\n

Your role will be to grow our customers portfolio in the market, and also continuously research and presenting latest market trends & innovations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly motivated by hitting targets, goal-oriented and passionate. Your role is generally office based but will also involve travelling to meet customers for discussions and presentations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Responsible to develop and build an active and growing perfume customer portfolio<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identifying and establishing new business<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Organising sales visits<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Liaising with existing clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identifying solutions to customer pain points and crafting a unique selling proposition<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensuring sales targets are met\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledgeable and prepared in presenting all products to customers<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Research & identifying global market trends & innovations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working together and communicating with team members to meet project requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

    • Diploma, Advance\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Studies\/Management\/Marketing\/ or equivalent<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales in beauty or manufacturing relevant industries<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organisational skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication & interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sales & presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Project management skills\/experience (preferably)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken<\/span><\/li>\n
