COUNTRY SALES MANAGER
You can now be a part of our Sales team from anywhere in the world and provide world-class service for our customers.
The Sales team at Intercosmetic is in the midst of an exciting period of growth. In this new phase, we are developing and implementing new sales strategies to expand our existing market and to enter new markets. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join as a member of our growing sales team in the rapidly growing industry of cosmetics.
As Country Sales Manager, you champion Intercosmetic as the OEM platform to the global brands, locally. You are a highly driven sales professional who is prepared to search for new businesses, operate in an entrepreneurial environment and promote our products in your country of responsibility. You will liaise with our in-house sales team for support on sales project development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to develop and build an active and growing customers portfolio.
  • To communicate with our global brand customers and deliver to them, innovate and unbeatable products values.
  • To achieve all our sales goals and sales incentives.
  • Knowledgeable and prepared in presenting all products to customers and own the projects.
  • Work closely and support the International Business Development Manager with project development for our international clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales in cosmetic products or industry.
  • Highly self-motivated and positively minded.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good team player and enjoys collaboration.
  • Project management experience (preferably).
  • “Can-do” attitude and strong perseverance.
  • Experience and understanding of working of foreign cultures.
  • Enjoy travelling overseas to meet customers and attend exhibitions.
