Sales Operations Executive
The Sales team at Intercosmetic is in the midst of an exciting period of growth. In this new phase, we are developing and implementing new sales strategies to expand our existing market and to enter new markets. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join as a member of our growing sales team in the rapidly growing industry of cosmetics.

Your role will be to grow our customers portfolio in the global market. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organised to manage projects, motivated by hitting targets, goal-oriented and passionate. Your role is generally office-based with opportunities and requirements to travel overseas to meet customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working in partnership with Sales Executives to manage and develop sales projects to close deals and grow sales
  • Organising sales visits
  • Liaising with existing clients
  • Identifying solutions to customer pain points and crafting a unique selling proposition
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance
  • Ensuring sales targets are met
  • Knowledgeable and prepared in presenting all products to customers
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales in cosmetic products or industry
